Our Shipping Methods
Standard International Shipping: You can expect your order to take 15 to 28 days to arrive if you had selected our standard international shipping option. Expedited International Shipping: You can expect your order to take 8 to 14 days to arrive if you had selected our expedited international shipping option. Priority International Courier: You can expect your order to take 1-2 business days for Djibouti, 4-6 business days for the rest Africa countries and 3 to 5 business days for the rest countries worldwide to arrive if you had selected our priority international courier option. -
Mereb Standard Delivery: You can expect your order to take 8 – 24 hours to arrive in person in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia if you had selected our mereb expedited delivery of the local express checkout. Read more on Local Express Delivery.
Mereb Expedited Delivery: You can expect your order to take 1 – 2 days to arrive in person in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia if you had selected our mereb standard delivery of the local express checkout. Read more on Local Express Delivery.
After the Estimated Delivery Date
If you order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, it may be lost. Orders shipped via a trackable method will have tracking information available in Your Account. Please check this information if available and read through the following options:
Tracking information indicates the package has been delivered: Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. Tracking information indicates the package is undeliverable: If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, click here for more information on undeliverable packages. No tracking information available: If you can't locate any tracking or delivery information about your package, please contact us using the link on the right side of this page. Please confirm the correct shipping address when writing to us about lost packages.
Items Shipped to International Destinations
