The dishes are prepared with a variety of unique spices, which lend an unforgettable outstanding aspect to it's out of the ordinary cuisine.

The food is exotically spicy mix of slow-simmered meat or grain stews, vegetables, and fresh meat according to your tastes.

From the single stringed Masenko played with in topical verses on the spot, to the krar, Kebero and to the Washint, Eyoha will take you straight to the up hills of our country to experience the Ethiopian way of life where you can see boys looking after cattle, the young in love and the celebration of life.

What gives Eyoha's diversity in the entertainment is the specially designed stage that reflects the untouched beauty of the underground world, Sof Umar Cave with its special shape and the white color of the lime stones from where the notes of the traditional music comes into life.

Eyoha Traditional Restaurant is also constructed to reflect Ethiopian History, Culture and Architecture.
